General

• These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders submitted to this web site to Emerald-Fotos.
• Your use of any part of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Emerald-Fotos reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime by posting changes online.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the customers statutory right as a consumer.

Price and Payment

• All photographs will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery.
• All orders are subject to a £2.00 postage and packing charge.
• Payment for online orders must be made at the time the order is placed using the PayPal secure checkout. Payment for offline orders can be made by cheque or postal orders made payable to 'Emerald-Fotos'. Cash must only be sent by registered post only.

Delivery

• We aim to deliver all online orders to the customer within 7 days. The delivery date specified as an estimate only, we cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
• If you have not received your photograph within 14 days, please contact us.

Copyright

• All of Emerald-Fotos pictures are covered by the copyright act of 1988.
• Copyright duration is usually 70 years from the end of the year in which the author dies.
• Photographers own the right to all pictures that they take, when you purchase a particular photograph what you are buying is in fact a copy of the original picture.
• Pictures may not be copied or published without the consent of the copyright owner.
